Business Development Manager  - Rising Tide Consulting provides an ideal environment for experienced, successful business development managers. We are looking for self-starting individuals with 3+ years of successful sales experience in the Services industry. You will be responsible for presenting the Rising Tide Consulting story to customers that you develop. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle from initial meeting to the project wrap-up meeting, but RTC will provide you with all technical and/or executive support needed to be successful.

• For most business development managers, RTC does not provide a base salary, but does provide what we believe is the highest commission structure in the industry - plus the opportunity to earn profit sharing in a growing business. Exceptional sales staff can earn shares in RTC after 12 months of consistent performance. You share the risk and are rewarded for your success - what could be more fair?
