First Timothy Baptist Church of Jacksonville

Rising Tide Consulting (RTC) has provided the services to support a complete website for the First Timothy Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. These services have been provided at no charge and include the following:

  • Domain name registration. Rising Tide Consulting acquired the first-timothy.org domain for a period of two years. We have configured the DNS to support both the website and email.  
  • Creative Design. Rising Tide Consulting provided the creative design that is used for the website. In addition, RTC created the logo that will be used for both online and offline materials.
  • Infrastructure and Hosting RTC provided and configured a web server and an email server for the hosting of the Good Shepherdwebsite. As a part of our hosting services, RTC performs weekly backups and redundant servers to provide reliability.
  • Training. RTC development staff includes Microsoft Certified Trainers. This staff is providing select members of the congregation training on the skills necessary to provide weekly updates to the website.

Ongoing Donations

RTC has made arrangements with Good ShepherdChurch to provide ongoing donations to the church for consulting services that RTC performs based upon the recommendation or introduction by a member of First Timothy Church. The details of these donations are outlined below:

  • Standard Consulting -10%. Rising Tide Consulting provides a full range of IT services including Custom Application Development; Infastructure Design, Upgrades and Support; Creative Design; and IT Strategy Planning. If a member of the church assists RTC in obtaining this type of work, RTC will donate 10% of the revenue to First Timothy Church.
  • Online Mall - Bonus(20%). Rising Tide Consulting has recently initiated the rollout of our Online Mall technology in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This site can be seen at the mall website. As a part of this launch, we will donate 20% of revenue to the First Timothy Church if a member of the congregation assists RTC in adding the store to the mall. This offer is good until March 31, 2003.
  • Online Scheduling Application - Bonus(20%). Rising Tide Consulting has recently released our online scheduling application. This functionality can be seen at the demo website . This technololgy has been used for auto service departments, doctors, chiropractors, dentists, spas etc. but is being promoted as a custom solution by RTC for the first time in 2003. As a part of this effort, we will donate 20% of revenue to the First Timothy Baptist Church if a member of the congregation assists RTC in selling this functionality. This offer is good until March 31, 2003.
