Small Business. Rising Tide Consulting provides a variety of strategy services for small businesses. Our staff can provide full IT serivices (infrastructure support, application development, project management, and full IT strategy, planning and budgeting) or any subset that is appropriate to your organizations needs. It is our goal to provide you with the services necessary to help your small business become a mid-size business.

Medium Business. Customers in medium-size businesses benefit from our enterprise  experience and knowledge in making IT decisions. RTC brings Fortune 500 decision making processes to mid-size companies in a cost effective manner. These services include cost/benefit analysis, project prioritization and planning, capacity planning for core systems, developing IT budgets, and assisting in outsourcing decisions.

Quarterly Briefings.  Rising Tide Consulting provides quarterly technology briefings for many of our customers. These briefings summarize key emerging technologies and its potential impact on our customer's business. These briefings are done very cost effectively and are customized based on our knowledge of the customer's business and their market space.

Success Stories

Realco Wrecking.  Rising Tide Consulting has worked closely with Realco Wrecking's executive team to develop a rolling 2-year IT Strategy. This plan resulted in significant Infrastructure upgrades in the second half of 2002.  These upgrades included upgrading the server platforms and implementing a wireless network that can be used by all segments of the company. In 2003 RTC worked with Realco to create applications that greatly improved efficiency, allowing Realco to increase their capacity without the added expense of additional staff. One of the most significant improvements during this time has been the creation of proper backup methodologies, and the adoption of a 3 year plan for custom applications to support the company's specific needs. While IT is not likely to drive growth at Realco, it is now positioned to support the growth that happens.

One Net Place.  For the past 2 years, RTC has functioned as the full IT staff for One Net Place, a very dynamic internet focused organization. RTC has created a 2 year IT plan that has allowed One Net place to form new partnerships that better utilized the existing IT hardware and network. By maintaining greater than 99% uptime throughout the implementation of these changes RTC has helped One Net Place improve their bottom-line and be a survivor in the dot-com world that has not been kind over the past 3 years. Leveraging planning of the One Net Place and RTC teams, 2003 & 2004 are expected to be a time of great growth and profitability.
